News: Optional EVGA Thermal Pad Mod Request - TechPowerUp

TechPowerUp is reporting the news that EVGA today started allowing owners of select GTX1070 and 1080 cards to request a free thermal pad mod kit. Long story short, some believe the VRM are getting too hot and EVGA is doing good by issuing this free upgrade even though in normal test environments the temps of the VRM are ok. News: REMISCS Caselabs Bullet BH2 Build is Complete

I am happy to say that the Caselabs Bullet BH2 build is complete. The final result is a beast gaming machine that is quiet and performs great. At this moment I am testing the potential for an overclock. 4.6ghz seems possible with current thermals but I may leave this stock to really allow for the quiet gaming experience she currently has.
